Kindly RSVP and make your hotel reservation by May 1st to help us finalize our planning.

Our recommended hotel, Hotel Franq, is centrally located in Antwerp and will also serve as the meeting point for the shuttle bus to the venue. It’s the most convenient option, but you’re of course welcome to stay in any other hotel or Airbnb within Antwerp.

The easiest way is to take one of the frequent trains from Brussels Airport directly to Antwerp Central Station (about 30-ish minutes). From there, you can either walk to Hotel Franq, or take a quick 10-minute Uber or taxi.

A shuttle bus will be available to take guests to and from the venue, departing from Hotel Franq (Kipdorp 10/12, 2000 Antwerpen, Belgium)

The shuttle to the venue will depart 3pm, so please be on time to help us stay on schedule. After the event, the bus will bring everyone back to the hotel at [TBD].

Please arrive at 4pm to say hello to family & friends. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Yes, there will be parking available at the venue. However, for international guests there is a shuttle bus from Hotel Franq in Antwerp to the wedding venue and back.

We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest friends and family. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation join us for the wedding.

As much as we cherish your little ones, we’ve decided to keep the celebration adults-only so you can fully relax, unwind, and enjoy a night off. Thank you so much for understanding.

Our wedding is black tie optional: long dresses for women and suits with ties for men. Tuxedos are completely optional, but if you want to dress up, please do!

Most of the wedding will take place outdoors, with some areas on grass, so please keep this in mind when choosing your shoes. August in Belgium is typically warm, but the temperature can dip in the evening.

We will offer a vegan dinner option for vegetarian and vegan guests. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please include a note on your RSVP or contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Gifts are appreciated but absolutely not required. We know many of you are traveling to celebrate with us, and having you there is truly the greatest gift we could ask for!
